Request

Form, email or WhatsApp. Mockup file (PDF / SVG / AI / JPG) or description.

Step 02

Mockup & quote

Within 24h: render on the material, price, deadline. You approve or we revise.

Step 03

Production

Laser, print, assembly. QC on each piece, sample check 1 in 25.

Step 04

Delivery & invoice

Pickup in Warsaw or courier (PL/EU). VAT invoice, legibility warranty.

Can I bring my own item for engraving (BYO)?
Yes. We most often engrave bottles, knives, cases, pens, keepsakes. We require inspection — some coatings (anodising, powder paint) react differently. We make a sample before the full run.
What files do you accept?
PDF (fonts converted to curves), SVG, AI, EPS. Raster (JPG, PNG) — clean only, no compression, > 600 DPI. If the file is poor, we redraw it vectorially.
Do you do CE-grade nameplates?
Yes. We help with content layout, material (anodised aluminium, stainless steel) and mounting (3M adhesive, rivets, screws). DataMatrix and serial numbers from a list.
Minimum batch, deadlines?
From 1 pc. Standard: 1–10 pcs → 2–3 days, 10–100 → 3–5 days, larger — quoted individually. Rush available.
