Service Provider, Client (B2B / Consumer), Order, Brief, Artwork, BYO. Definitions will be completed in the final version.
Orders are accepted electronically (form, e-mail, WhatsApp, Telegram). Price always confirmed after artwork review. Lead time counted from the day of quote acceptance.
BLIK, card, bank transfer. Orders > 1500 PLN — 30% advance. B2B: 14-day payment term after invoice. Regular clients — negotiable terms.
14-day deadline from receipt. Written form (e-mail). Processed within 14 business days. Legibility guarantee — unconditional.
Personalised services — no right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act. Standard production runs — 14 days.
Polish law applies. Court of jurisdiction at the Service Provider's registered seat (Warsaw). These terms may be amended — the version in force on the day of placing the order applies.
