Standard: aluminium (also anodised), stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, titanium, copper, powder coating. Hard plastics — selectively. Wood and leather — yes, but not our main profile.

Fibre laser (1064 nm) works on metal and some plastics — burns the mark into the material. CO₂ (10600 nm) cuts paper, wood, acrylic, but doesn't mark metal without coating. We work with fibre.

No, if we set the correct parameters. Thin sheet metal (from 0.3 mm) and anodising we mark gently — without thermal deformation.

PDF (fonts converted to curves), SVG, AI, EPS, DXF. Rasters (JPG, PNG) — clean only, > 600 DPI, no compression.

Yes, but we'll redraw the vector from the raster. Small quote surcharge. You'll also receive a vector file for future use.

Yes. Short projects (text, monogram) — included in price. Larger ones (nameplate layout) — quoted surcharge.

1–10 pcs. → 2–3 days, 10–100 → 3–5 days, larger batches — we quote. Express (24 h) — 50% surcharge.

Both. Personal collection in Warsaw — free. Courier (DPD/InPost) — from 15 PLN, PL and EU.

Yes (BYO). Bring or send it. We require inspection, sometimes a sample.

BLIK, card, transfer. For B2B — 14-day term after invoice delivery. Regular clients — 21–30 day term.

Yes, standard. Issued the same day. Pass your NIP/VAT number with the order.

Orders > 1500 PLN and BYO — 30% deposit. Regular clients — no deposit.

Yes. We most often engrave bottles, knives, cases, pens, keepsakes. We inspect the material, do a test if there's risk.

We do a sample on identical material (where possible) or in a discreet spot on the item. After approval — full run. Risk is on our side.

Inside — yes, standard. Outside of thin rings (under 2 mm) — we require consultation.

Yes. We have templates for the main Directives (Machinery, LVD, EMC, ATEX). We'll advise what data is required.

Standard. Sequential SN, DataMatrix, QR — from your list or generated.

Standard: double-sided 3M VHB tape (clean surface). Harsh conditions — holes for blind rivets or M3/M4 screws.
