Most frequently asked questions about this service

Can you scan a shiny part?

Yes — we use anti-glare spray (washable), leaving no residue. Temporary painting is also possible.

What accuracy do you achieve?

Typically 0.05–0.1 mm on a medium part. For mechanical precision (bearings, threads) — we prefer reverse → parametric CAD.

What formats do you deliver the model in?

STL/OBJ (mesh) as standard. STEP (parametric) for an extra charge — but needed for CNC machining and modifications.

Intellectual property protection / NDA?

Yes. We will sign an NDA. Files are stored encrypted and deleted on request.
